Pre Cleanse

Start to reduce processed foods, white flour, sugar and alcohol

Transition off meat and dairy

During Cleanse

Stay Hydrated | Aim to drink 2 to 3 glasses of water along with your juices

Rest | As you are on a lower calorie load your energy will naturally dip, this will regulate as the cleanse goes on and you will have more energy as the days progress

Eat If Necessary | Should you feel hungry it's ok to eat, though you should try and keep it as clean as possible; a small salad, some sticks of raw vegetables or a handful of nuts will keep any hunger pangs at bay

Post Cleanse

Choose as many local, seasonal foods as possible; try to include soups, smoothies and salads and eat smaller amounts more often

Reevaluate what you eat and how much better you feel from simply being more selective with what you buy

  • Our juices last 4 days, all 3 days of each cleanse are delivered at the same time with the juices requiring refrigeration.

  • All of our juices are labelled with an order 1 - 5. This however is just a suggested order. Feel free to mix it up and adjust to preferred taste while cleansing.

  • Juice cleansing isn't a quick fix, but it can be the first step in moving towards a healthier more balanced diet. It's also a great way of getting lots of nutrient dense produce into your diet, while at the same time stopping you from eating unhealthy or processed foods. One of the main pieces of feedback we receive from customers post cleanse is how they have started to crave healthier foods and have increased energy levels and focus.

  • Absolutely, in fact we encourage people to stay busy while cleansing, this way you don’t focus on the food you're not having and most people find their hunger and cravings diminish the busier they are and the longer into the cleanse they are.

  • Yes, it’s important to stay hydrated while cleansing. Drink water regularly between each of your juices. Aim for between 3-4 glasses of water throughout the day, alongside your juices.

  • Yes, tea can be great for keeping warm if you’re cleansing during the winter months, as your body temperature will be naturally slightly cooler.

  • We recommend undertaking light exercise while cleansing as you are on a lower calorie load so vigorous exercise can leave you worn out. 

  • After your cleanse, you can return to eating three meals a day, but continue to have at least one juice if possible. You should also continue to stay hydrated and drink lots of water, as well as following these tips: choose as many local, seasonal, organic foods as possible; try to include soups, smoothies and salads and eat smaller amounts more often.

    Avoid dairy-based foods, red meat and sugary foods for at least the first 2 to 3 days following your cleanse, including fresh juice and lots of plant-based foods each day for optimal health.

    After a cleanse it’s a great time to reevaluate what you eat and how much better you feel from simply being more selective with what you buy.

  • We take back all of our bottles in store, so just rinse them with water and return them at a time of your own convenience. We also offer a 20 cent rebate on each bottle returned.
